- 2 Tsp. Coarsely Ground Black Pepper
- 1 Tsp. Kosher Salt or 1/2 Tsp. Table Salt
- 1/2 Tsp. Ground Coriander
- 6 Cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1 Lb. Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs, Cut Into 2-Inch Strips
- Garnish:
- 3 Tbsp. Fresh Cilantro, Chopped
- 1 Cup Tequila Dip (Attached Below)
- Heat oven to 500°F. Coat a 10 x 15 x 1-Inch baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
- In medium bowl, combine pepper, salt, coriander and garlic; mix well. Toss chicken pieces in mixture until well coated. Arrange chicken in single layer in pan.
- Bake 18 - 20 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center. Sprinkle chicken with cilantro. Serve with Tequila Dip.
